Japan's Little League pitcher Kotaro Kiyaiya is a 6'0 tall, 206 pound kid, who throws a fastball equivalent of 99 mph.

Its equivalent because  the distance from the pitcher's mound to the batter's box is shorter than in the MLB.

Check out this scary pitch where Ceddanne Rafaela (4'9" 71 lbs.) of Curacao gets beamed in the head with a pitch.

The kid is a champ, gets up unfazed.
